The Weekly and Monthly rates have already been discounted 10% and 20% and are based on a 31 day month,
28 or 30 day month would be less. All rates are for double occupancy. Extra person $10. Children under 16 free.
All rates are subject to 6% Florida Sales Tax and 4% Tourist Tax.
24 hour cancellation from April 16 - December 20.
72 hour cancellation from December 21 - April 15.
